We believe every Bangladeshi gamer deserves the best experience. Joya 9TV was founded with one goal — to build a safe, transparent, and enjoyable platform where everyone can play in their own language.
For a long time, the language barrier was one of the biggest obstacles to entering the online gaming world in Bangladesh. Most platforms operated in English or Hindi, leaving Bangla-speaking users with no real place of their own. Payment was another hurdle — depositing without an international card was a challenge. Joya 9TV was born to fill that gap.
Our founding team is made up of seasoned professionals from the tech and entertainment industries — many of whom had personally faced these very challenges. They decided that people in Bangladesh deserved a platform that felt truly local: one where you could easily deposit and withdraw using bKash or Nagad, get help in Bangla, and understand everything on your own terms.
Joya 9TV is more than just a gaming site — it's a community. From Dhaka to Chattogram, Sylhet to Rajshahi, millions of people across the country take part in their favourite games every day: placing bets on cricket matches, playing cards at the Live Casino, or trying their luck on slots. Every type of gamer finds their place here.
Joya 9TV has one mission — to bring a world-class gaming experience to every person in Bangladesh, without the hassle. We want every player to feel safe when they arrive, to enjoy every moment of play, and to never feel frustrated when it comes time to collect their winnings.
To make this mission a reality, we continuously invest in technology, security infrastructure, and above all, the expertise of our customer service team — a dedicated support team, fluent in Bangla, always ready to resolve any issue.
The biggest concern in online gaming is fairness — whether games are truly random or whether the platform is manipulating outcomes. Joya 9TV answers that question through action. All our games are certified by independent third-party auditing bodies. RNG certification means every result is completely random, with no predetermined patterns.
Our payment system is also fully automated. There is no way for winnings to be withheld or removed from your account — the system processes everything automatically. Joya 9TV believes transparency is the foundation of any long-term relationship.
